In the pro world some of us use frezzis and with proper diffusion you
can simply tilt the angle of the light to reduce or increase intensity.
The one I use is 50w and I have daylight scrim and gradiated diffusion
for indoors. It's permanately mounted and switching takes seconds. I
also can add a NP1 to power solo or with camera power. I recommend
having solo power so you can use it away from the camera. ie Under the
dash for night car scenes.
