You can't request that - hence the word "self".

The problem for all sellers is right there with the OP.
The more problems you create for yourself, the more moaning will result.
In my experience, the moaning is reduced (but not removed completley) by
totally spelling out everything you are offering.
I would think most sellers would do everything they can to avoid irrelevant
questions and commentary about the product on sale.
See, in this example, you might only have the OP moan about the shipping
charge, but now, it's opened a entirely new topic. We all know this OP would
never be happy no matter what, but for god's sake, don't antagonise people
like that!
