I`d still try to get it ripped / copied before I tried returning it...
I view transatlantic purchases of small value items as a one-way trade -
it`ll cost you more to resolve than the value of the item.
Example: I ordered a 12 DVD box-set from PacificDVD and was sent the
wrong one - at £12 delivered, it was easier to simply re-order, and to
hell with it - its not like I got *nothing* for the money (it was 50
hours worth of old movies under different themes, like sci-fi, horror,
family movies)
