You mean the conversion to 1080i :-)

Don't know how the PJTX200 converts a 1080i signal, but the image is
definitely softer using an upscaled 1080i signal. A 1080i native signal
would be a different ball game of course.
Still even with minor niggles it's a heck of a projector. I watched a film
last night and it's a great film like image (720p), brilliant colours,
excellent sharpness etc...
