Unsurprising that the manufacturer found no spyware - software makers
never consider the mal-ware bundled with their program to be spyware.
I'm sure that Kazaa's makers never said that their client software had
spyware. Software publishers have to be responsible for more than just
clearning their products of the mal-ware of others; they should
responsible for telling users exactly what their software is designed
to do, and what is done by additional software embedded within that is
ancillary to that overall purpose.
