To think that Lucas will not release a ton of HD / Blu-Ray versions of
the Star Wars films is just silly.
He has been using HD Camera for years, and has been working with Sony
for just as long.
I say the only reason he released the originals on DVD in the first
place was that he knew the (HD) DVD was coming around the corner and
he saw an opportunity to make a ton of money now... and a ton later.
Folks will be buying versions of these films for years to come.
Didn't even mention the "3D" versions!!!
