I should expand on this, I refer of course to the HDMI signal. This is
slightly better than a 576p signal through the VGA input but only by degrees
(and I'm using a large screen with my PJ).

So if you're planning to use the VGA input and have a good progressive
player you'll be more than happy with the picture quality.
