I'm afraid it's not HD ready with that resolution! :-(
That is standard definition. I have an old Panasonic plasma and it is the
same!
It doesn't mean your plasma is crap though!
The jagged edges you describe depends on the source and how close you are to
the screen!
You don't give us a lot to go on!
