sorry but it's not HD ready at all.
HD uses a resolution of either 1280x720 or 1900x1080
your plasma is standard definition - in fact the resolution isnt even up to
the standard of regular UK broadcastst - 720x576 - you might be able to feed
a hi definition signal into it but it's not going to display it as hi def.
if the shop sold it to you as HD ready i'd suggest you demand a refund.
