No, 720x480 is standard NTSC digital resolution. I think it's 60fps
progressive rather than 30fps interlaced though.
Of course I may be completely wrong, a quick Google search brings up
some sites claiming that 720x480p at 60Hz is an 'HDTV' resolution and
some claiming it's not.
