Finally got to the bottom of my troubles today. And I know a few were in the
same boat as me...

So after seemingly years of emailing back and forth, Screen Select said that
dvd.co.uk had already issued the voucher and I should ask them to reissue
the voucher. So they did. But the voucher number matched the �5 voucher they
had sent me right back at the start. So I wrote back and they said
'No...it's definitely for �20 that code'.

So it seems they did send me a �20 voucher all that time ago, just the email
containing it said �5.

Anyone who has recieved a "�5" voucher might want to try ordering something
for more than �20 to see if they actually have a �20 voucher and not the �5
one they thought (you can always cancel if not)
