70% or 80% is not a monopoly. And in the US, at least, being a monopoly isn't
illegal. It's generally only illegal if you get there by nefarious means or
use your monopoly in one thing to promote another thing against competitors.

Apple isn't a monopoly. Microsoft's 'monopoly' isn't illegal in and of
itself - only when they abuse their 'monopoly' in OS's to crush a vendor
of say, Internet browsers or media players.
