Sheesh yourself. There's no fraud here. Buying postal insurance is for the
protection of the seller, not the buyer.

The seller is under contract to deliver the goods in the condition
described. (Any seller that says he's not responsible for damage in
transit is a liar and should be avoided.) If the goods aren't delivered as
promised, the seller must make good. Insurance claims are paid to the
mailer, not the recipient.

But because people like you have an upside-down view of how things work,
the seller in this case should never have used the word "insurance" in the
description. He was probably trying to distinguish himself from the "at
your own risk" sellers, but people don't understand these things.

The OP should have been glad to find a seller who only charges $2.95 for
S&H.
