I think the best solution is to share your collection on p2p and state
in your userinfo that you would appreciate it if people notify you
about any missing or faulty mp3s in your collection. Sometimes an mp3
might be mislabeled for instance and you will only find out about it if
you encounter it yourself or someone else downloads it and notifies
you. Also, you can share your collection on ftp and state in the
welcome message that you appreciate it if people notify you if they
discover gaps in your collection etc..
Many people are grateful for downloading and will be glad they can help
you improve your collection for the benefit of other downloaders to
express their gratitude.
That way you have a kind of distributed processing power where many
people are helping you out to improve and complete your collection.
