Thats kinda stupid, compare city to nation....
Guy sits behind a fence that has one board missing. Every day, on the
other side an elephant walks by. But the guy only sees a trunk, then a
body then a tail. After about a week he has a revelation. Aha! The trunk
causes the tail!!!
