I was setting the beginning point for the discussion to be 'post'
Saddam. Once Saddam was gone, the civil war was going to happen
eventually given the tribal and cultural situation in that region of
'revenge, revenge, above all else, revenge.'

Donating usually dosen't work either. It all usually gets stolen along
