Associate the *.mp3 extension with the player you want to use by creating or
modifying the "open" action in Folder Options|File Types.
If you want to use Winamp, it is very easy...
Open Winamp to "Preferences|Setup|File Types" and highlight the file types
you want it to open. If some other program tries to steal that association,
also check the box to "Register types on Winamp start".
