Then your only choice is to ask Emprex at
http://www.emprex.com/04_contact_02.php
and ask which OEM brand and model number the drive really is. In the
past, Emprex drives have been rebadged BTC drives.

Once you get the info, you then can look for patched firmware for the
BTC drive and apply that.
