Not in the US. A Monopoly (and they don't have one) is NOT illegal in and
of iteself. There is nothing going on that the courts have jurisdiction
over in the US.

Been tried. Lots. All failures. I wouldn't hold my breath. Sure, it's
*possible* but as a previous poster pointed out, most of the developers do
NOT have a clue what people want. Steve Jobs does.

Smart busines practices...which do NOT screw their customers. The iTunes
DRM is, for most customers, so liberal that they never notice it. Hard
to say THAT about Micrsoft's DRM.
