Not that the chipset in this link is the one designed to work with the
Pentium 4 - M that the Toshibas use. Note that it also only mentions
mobile computing as the chipset's intended uses.

That's a very narrow-minded view. I've got an Aplle II GS you can't "do"
your email on, but it's very definitely a PC.
