They run Windows CE (some) so yes, you stupid fucktard. Many play
games, etc. Personal Computing functions are carried out on the
devices, therefore the device are Personal Computing devices. They
just happen to contain communications hardware. They have come full
circle, you see. They started out as phones. Not so anymore. Take a
look around.
