First let me applaud your courage. You're not completely devoid of
character. Rest assured I will not be harassing you in any way except
probably in here. We carry Procells by Duracells so if I call you it
probably wouldn't be for that.

Ironically some of my favorite people are my ex-wife's family in
Raleigh-Durham. Her cousin is a chemistry professor at Duke. Another
in-law used to manage all the Raleigh area TGI Fridays.

Wow, 1-4 is a long lunch. Taking a nappy Nappy? I grew up with the
son of the president of Tandy, long since retired. Too bad - I'd have
to tattle on you.

The irony is hard to ignore. Bill F. was right. You work retail and
obviously must have something to do with sales. I have been in the
industry for nearly 25 years as a musician, editor, camera operator,
director, producer, actor and whatnot. No I'm not Spielberg but I've
been in professional video/audio since 1983. I've been using Macs for
most of that time and still use PC's sometimes but used CPM machines
and studied Pascal programming before that. Even now, I do more
product sourcing, administration and presentations than actual sales,
which is more of what the guys who work for me do. I have never
claimed to be an expert - in fact, I usually refer to myself as a
Jack-of-All-Trades, Master of None.

I think it is amazing that you continue to berate me as an
untrustworthy salesman when there is no doubt that I've been in the
industry a long time NOT in sales and it is my chosen career which I've
stayed in since college. You on the other hand, are in sales and NOT
in the industry. I'm wondering if you've ever been to NAB or any of
the other industry trade shows or regularly participated in doing
anything that is what my life has been centered around for over 20
years.

I do wonder though, if I should want batteries, wouldn't you try to
sell me the ones that Radio Shack carries regardless of what the best
ones are? Wouldn't you try to sell me whatever was in your store that
you thought best suited my needs for whatever application? If so, the
irony swells -- perhaps into hypocrisy.

Whatever - you've obviously got a bug up your ass and while I found the
unreasonable discourse amusing I'm sure everyone else thinks it's
absurd. I tried offering an olive branch before and you didn't take
it. I've got more productive things to do so I'm moving on.

Thanks for sharing and continued success with your apparently
too-lucrative-a-job-to-work-as-a-video-editor thing.

Love,

Craig
