You're saying that a touch screen is synonymous with a keypad? a keybaord
or kaypad have distinct *keys* that have specific values. The "1" key
returns a "1" to the device, etc. A touch screen just gives a grid value,
where on the screen it was touched. It's up to the software to determing
what that means. When the software places up a keyboard, screen touches
will *simulate* pressing the keyboard, but there's no actual keyboard.
It's like using the mouse on the Window's calculator. Sure, you can
replicate pressing a keypad with the mouse, but nobody's dumb enough to
suggest that because of that the mouse *is* a keypad.
