There's coincidence everywhere if you look for it. Over the last week I
feel like I've been playing a character in Magnolia.
There's a person on another board I post to, it's like UMD during the OT:
era, chat about everything but dvds. There's a poster on there, and in the
last week while nattering I've discovered she's was the former best friend
of one of my old email frineds from 10 years back. She went on to ask
whether I was the "older, slightly dodgy fella who used to send her friend
flirty emails" ? Guitly as charged. Sometimes the world is a bit too
small.
Then in another thread she asked a question about Elsa, who appears in
Oasis' Supersonic. I remembered that same question coming up on usenet in
my alt.music.oasis days - I googled, and the exact same question had been
asked 10 years earlier... To the day!
Then... Last night on the moneysavingexpert forum, I'd posted about getting
a cheap swimming pool cleaner from Woolies, it turned out that 3 of the half
dozen posters to the thread, live in the same little town.

I don't see coincidence as spooky though, life is like turning over shuffled
cards, muost of the time there'll be no pattern, but eventually you'll turn
over 4 successive aces.

There's a secret area where you're allowed into once they've established
you're not an idiot. To this day, I don't know how I managed it. Also, it
seems to be mostly populated by nubile sexually frustrated women. [1] Tell
them Foggy sent you.
