They documentary represents it as a Theremin. However, during the section
with the Beach Boys on stage, stop and still the upper right hand when the
device is shown...it is a Tannerin. Then, when you see the whole group, the
member on right stage is clearly playing a Tannerin type device (similar to
the Ondes Martinot controller).
