The Amazon sales rankings are given for the top ten titles of each format.
The best selling Blu-Ray is currently ranked higher than the best selling
HD DVD at Amazon.

Which means that the price difference is insignificant, despite the
supposidly much higher costs involved in producing Blu-Ray discs. It's
like what I said about disc costs not affecting final retail is actually
true!

The $30 is a MSRP, just like it is for HD DVD. Fnd me a Blu-Ray title on
Amazon that actually sells for $30.
