I think it's important to remind everyone that I am an Adobe, Avid,
Digidesign, Avid Liquid and Sony Vegas dealer too. I attempt to
address all issues to the best of my ability. Sure I'm happy to do
business with folks when I can but I participate in the newsgroup to
learn and help as well. Our company has always been very big on
technical support and customer service, even when we started just
selling tape. We always knew the products while the other companies
mostly had perhaps pleasant people taking orders who didn't know
coercivity from connectivity.
I will return to my periodic contributions and steer clear of the flame
wars. If someone doesn't like it that I might tout certain advantages
to a Mac, well I guess that's unfortunate.
