all you need is a phrase that says something like this:
producer (that's you) will produce the program for "client" and "client" is
responsible for the program and the program content and agrees to hold
producer (you) harmless in any legal action that could result from the
program or its' content.
that's all we have and our insurance company said that's enough. if we
didn't have this clause our insurance would have been $42,000 a year instead
of a $1,000 which not only convers all our equipment but $2M in liability.

paragraph from our contract.
