Kramer has 2 SDI switchers that might fit your requirements.
The first is the model 6241 4x1:2 Serial Digital Video Switcher ( specs

at Markertek)
and the second is the model SD-7308 8x1:4 Serial Video Switcher (specs
at http://www.kramerelectronics.com/indexes/item.asp?name=SD-7308 -
$1300 at Markertek).
If not, the company has several other models as well. HTH.
