OEM means it is meant to be packaged with a new computer. In other
words, it's just a CD in an enevelope.
The full version would have a box, a manual, etc. Maybe even free
technical support which the OEM version might not have.
As long as your not a complete novie computer user overall, getting OEM
hardware and software is a great way to save money.
