X-Men Series = garbage
Spiderman 1 & 2 - excellent
Superman - Dated, but good.
Why? Because the latter films are CHARACTER driven, rather than action
driven. The superhero bit is a byproduct and incidental to what's actually
going on in the film. If people can't get that, they'd better go back to
Fantastic 4/Catwoman etc.
