Consider the original input. A wildfire support of Mac is often the

having problems with my Mac" but rather "I bought a Mac and it sucked
and no one should every buy one because PC's are better and cheaper."
I guess you don't see that.

Congratulations on getting another client. If they are a former Mac
house I am wondering if they

1) ever did video production
2) don't do it anymore
3) are outsourcing to you because, regardless of platform they like
the speed at which you finish and I'm guessing think you do good work
also.

NO ONE has said that Macs have no failures. What I am saying is, by
the documented percentages, they have a lower repair rate and crash
rate than PCs. That doesn't mean once in a lifetime vs. once a day.

This should be the "broken record" thread. I guess we should ALL get
back to work.
