Didn't work for me. I saw some reduction in non-specular reflection from
matte surfaces, but no change in the sky. And 1.5 stops is a heavy price to
pay at night. Actually I might go the other way and pop an Ultracontrast #1
or a Promist on to lighten up the blacks ;-)
