That's the crux of it. If you're the type of person who wants to watch
3 back-to-back new releases every friday and saturday night, Netflix
probably ain't for you. Better off to go to the local blockbuster.
However, if you're like me and like to watch TV shows, it's a fantastic
deal. For instance, this month I'll be watching Star Trek Enterprise
season 4 and Deadwood season 1 for under 20 bucks. Buying those even
at a discounter like Walmart would cost over $150. I'll probably be
able to watch a couple of features too this month, ones that I wasn't
willing to shell out $7.50 for a movie ticket.
I've also always thought that Netflix was especially good for people
who lived in rural areas. If I lived way out in the stix I'd be on a 6
to 8 at a time plan and never be in need of entertainment.
