Hi:

I am wondering if anyone can steer me to the correct information
(links) to solve these 2 problems:

1) I want to be able to start a windows mp3 player (software) and
listen to an mp3 clip and then close the program and start the software
again. The program should start playing the same clip where I left off
(remember this).

2) I want to be able to buy an mp3 player (hardware) that plays a clip
and if I am listening to a clip and shut the device down it remembers
where I left off when I turn it back on.

Very similar to my car CD player.


Is there any software and hardware that does this?


Any help is appreciated.
