Hi Group, just thought I'd check back and see if anyone said "good ridence"
to me :o) but was very delighted to see that this group is truely
objectively orienented. Also, while in general I don't hate Mac's as many
believe, I just want to sound off to prospective NLE buyers that they should
"look" before they "leap" into a pit of unknowns and open their eyes to a
wider team of user support through pcs, the latter of which we had thought
about when our problems came, wherein we would have made taken different
steps initially and ended up with PC/Avid or Pinnacle from the start. But
hey, we all live and learn and fortuately the experience didn't completely
do us in.

Yes Tapeguy it was one of your three possibles plus one - - we can turn
their shows around in about half the timeline of their former
editor/producer (actually we can turn out the first program the next day
following receipt of the tapes :o) and the PLUS PART is that from time to
time portions of the program have to be exported (from us) to one or more of
three different editors mid-stream (actually passed off) in one or more of
two networks then passed back to be finished at the editor (now us) and
those network pass off locations are all PC Avid stations making us a better
overall solution for the client.

So thanks to all for their input and interjects and input and especially
thanks to those who have helped surface all the necessary "open eyes"
opportunity for those in the future to behold and absorb.

Will continue to check back from time to time as time permits.

Thanks again,

DrD
