Netflix never lost any lawsuit concerning "limiting" customers. They
did settle one, but didn't say anything about intentionally limiting
customers. They did say they had a priority system that some people
didn't like. But, the only way to not have a priority system would be
to have enough discs for *all* their subscribers. If they did that,
their cost would go up just a bit, and I think you'd whine more about
that, wouldn't you?
