Read it again carefully.
All they admit to is having a priority system that some people didn't
like, and most of the people that didn't like it were ones that wanted
to receive a *lot* of movies per month.
The nature of *any* priority system is to limit some people in some way,
so all Netflix admitted to was not having an infinite supply of movies.
WalMart does the same thing by not having 1000 open checkout lanes all
the time in every store, and by not stocking enough potato chips for
every man, woman, and child on the planet.
