Because you'd written a (doubtless calm and well-reasoned) letter of
complaint? Or because having removed this treatment to the private
sector, they felt that (excepting acute complications, which the NHS
tends to deal with very well) it should stay there?
Were you ASKING to be referred back to the NHS?
