Why would you need such an evil addon when pretty much every network
have a minimum share and/or size set (with the exception of
Necessary_Evil). This setting means that those who don't meet its
requirements are not able to search and browse and will be kicked off
the server sooner or later depending on how that is set. They won't be
able to leech anything in the mean while.
