You are so gonna regret asking that question.....lol

First we all know what happened, with regards to a lot of us getting that
"loyalty card" then them folding.

But then the new owners offered a credit for all the "iFidelity points" or
whatever they were called, that was about March-May, something like
that.....So that gave me a credit of nearly $30, so i decided to order one
last disc just to use that credit. I didn't quite understand how the credit
system worked, so i e-mailed them, and they replied about 2 or 3 days later,
telling me to just order, and that my credit would be automatically used up
to 50% the value of my order.

So i ordered "Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol 3", which was near enough
exactly twice the amount of my credit, which would mean all my credit would
be used, and i'd get "Looney Tunes" for about a 10 or so....Cool..

So i put my order in, that was (I've just checked) the 21st March. Get my
credit card statement the next month, and realise they charged me the full
amount!!! And it still hadn't been dispatched, i didn't get an e-mail saying
it had been dispatched until the 20th April.
I emailed them, to ask why me credit hadn't been automatically applied, and
they sent me an e-mail apologising profusely, explaining that they had
problems setting up their computer systems....They offered to refund my
credit, back to my credit card, and here was MY next mistake, i said no
don't worry, as long as everything's working now, i'll order something else.

So i ordered the first season of the "Justice League" cartoon, this was the
6th May. Same deal again, the disc was almost twice the amount of my credit,
so that would get rid of my credit, and everyone would be happy. This time,
i didn't wait for my card statement, i checked my credit card online, and
yet again, they charged me the full price...

I sent them a rather harshly worded e-mail, nothing offensive, i'm no Nige,
but they got the message that i wasn't happy. Told them to send me the disc,
that i would use their site to apply for my credit refund, and would
definitely never be doing business with them again.
So i applied for my credit refund on the site around the middle of May,
where it warns you that they wait 21 days then refund the money back to your
card.

So it's coming up to the end of May, my "Looney Tunes" discs still haven't
arrived, i'm waiting for my refund, and my "Justice League" discs haven't
even been dispatched yet!!!

My "Justice League" discs finally get dispatched on the 5th June, still no
sign of my "Looney Tunes" or my refund. So i send them an e-mail, telling
them about neither the "Looney Tunes" nor the refund appearing. They replied
again in roughly 2 or 3 days, telling me to check the terms and conditions,
that i can't report a disc missing until it's been 8 weeks!!! And that the
refund had to be 21 days, which i was sure it was, but couldn't be
positive....

Well after waiting the eight weeks since my "Looney Tunes" was posted, i
filled in all the replacement request forms online. I've had to so this once
before with a disc that arrived damaged, so it was nothing new. They make
your print out this affidavit thing, you sign it and then you send it back.
Only this time, unlike last time, it won't let you scan it, and e-mail it.
You can either Fax it, or post it!! So i got the girlfriend to fax it from
work with all the internation codes and stuff, and sat back and waited. This
was something like 2 or 3 weeks ago.

At the moment, i've not received any discs at all. I still haven't recieved
any refund, on my card, although it has long been gone from my account page
on the website. I've tried phoning the numbers on the website, and get no
answer at all. I've tried e-mailing, 6 e-mails now, and not one has been
replied to. I've e-mailed both the info@dvdsoon.com address and the
orders@dvdsoon.com address and had no answer at all....So finally in
desperation, i've resorted to snail mail. I sent them a letter in the week,
and give it another 2 weeks or so with no reply then i'm gonna go to my
credit card company, and ask them to crucify the people at Dvd soon.....

But that is just my experience....

Sorry, i rambled, but you did ask.....
