Duh to me. I should know that. I worked in the upright video game
industry then, and "Dragon's Lair" was out as well as "Mach 3".
Both LD driven games.
Also, my first LD player was from one such game. It had a real
optical bench inside it, and a HeNe gas tube laser 6 inches long.
I used it driving the aiming mirrors with audio signals, and made
lissajous patterns on the ceiling with it.
My first bought player was the Pioneer job.
I guess Wiki or wherever I got that timeline needs correcting.
