Used to be a common thing years ago when we had the main feature and
the B feature. Come in any time and sit all the way through until you
came to the bit you came in at unless it was Pearl and Dean. When they
started denying entry to people who were late I just stopped going.
Never been to a cinema since the first Star Wars. Wait for them to
come in the shops instead. A dvd and a bottle of wine and a bag of
nuts is cheaper than the cinema anyway for a family..
