What does "professionally mastered" mean in this context?
Do you mean glass-master and moulded rather than burned?

Certainly not. Burned DVDs are sold all the time in cases
where it doesn't make economic sense to do the minimum
quantity for moulded discs.

I would be too unless I were using premium Taiyo-Yuden
DVD+R discs.

There are dozens (scores?, hundreds?) of places that would
love your business. Most of them likely have websites. If
you did a Google search it would likely be like drinking from
a fire hose.

We don't know what "high" means to you? So go out and
look at the prices of a dozen places and decide for yourself.
Do you really have an expectation of selling "a couple hundred"
copies?
Do you have proper releases for people appearing on the
video? Do you have copyright permission to use the content?
Do you have synchronization license for any music?
Legitimate DVD duplication vendors will require that you
have all the legal issues covered, for their protection if not
your own.
I do small scale (<100) production and replication and
I have listed some of my BKMs (Best Known Methods)
on one of my web pages...
