I agree with another poster who recommends an A/V switch box. I think
you'll need 2 boxes for the inputs and outputs. You'll also need an
RF modulator to connect everything to the TV.

Radio Shack now sells a 4 input A/V switch box with an RF out:

http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2049647&cp=&origkw=switch+box&kw=switch+box&kwCatId=2032057&parentPage=search

You would hook A/V outs from each unit to the inputs of this box.
Then, hook up the RF out to the TV. Finally, hook up the A/V out from
this box to the output of a simple A/V switch and use it in reverse to
feed the inputs of the units for recording. You'd have to label the
switches and avoid switching the input of a unit into its own input.
Radio Shack also sells a simple box:

http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2049645&cp=&pg=3&origkw=switch+box&kw=switch+box&parentPage=search

But by the time you spend $70 on these boxes, consider spending, say,
$70-100 more on an A/V receiver that will do the switching for you.
However, you would want speakers and you would need an RF modulator
with an A/V receiver. Modulators are pretty cheap - I've seen them
for as low as $10. Radio Shack's is $20:

http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103095&cp=&origkw=rf+modulator&kw=rf+modulator&parentPage=search

Or, finally, consider a TV with an A/V input to avoid the RF
modulator.
