I agree with another poster who recommends an A/V switch box.  I think 
you'll need 2 boxes for the inputs and outputs.  You'll also need an 
RF modulator to connect everything to the TV. 
 
Radio Shack now sells a 4 input A/V switch box with an RF out:

You would hook A/V outs from each unit to the inputs of this box. 
Then, hook up the RF out to the TV.  Finally, hook up the A/V out from 
this box to the output of a simple A/V switch and use it in reverse to 
feed the inputs of the units for recording.  You'd have to label the 
switches and avoid switching the input of a unit into its own input.

But by the time you spend $70 on these boxes, consider spending, say, 
$70-100 more on an A/V receiver that will do the switching for you. 
However, you would want speakers and you would need an RF modulator 
with an A/V receiver.  Modulators are pretty cheap - I've seen them 
for as low as $10.  Radio Shack's is $20:

Or, finally, consider a TV with an A/V input to avoid the RF 
modulator.
