I am so new to DVD it's like my granny trying to play Solitaire! Microsoft
DVD Player plays DVD movies on my LG DVD+R/RW drive with fabulous audio and
crappy video, while Cyberlink PowerDVD6 plays fabulous video and crappy
audio, and I can't understand why. I hope there's a really kind someone out
there who can hold my hand through all this ... I transfer LPs to CD and
have an LG CD writer that works really great and I get fantastic sound (of
course, I use Adobe Audition), but PowerDVD and Microsoft DVD player seem to
work on opposite ends of the planet (if one can use the word "work" loosely,
of course, almost like the biggest oxymoron of all times "Microsoft Works"
(no offence meant, Microsoft, just a joke, don't sue me ...) ...
