The more I think about the claim, the more bogus it sounds. Remember
that the person who made this claim stated that he had already asked
for the electronics department.
If you're in the electronics department, you're _not_ going to hear
"BVD" when someone says "DVD", because you think naturally in terms
of what your department sells.
