Is the pilot experienced in flying for motion photography..? That will make
a difference.

Discuss what you want to do with him/her beforehand. Don't try to plan
everything while you're in the air.

Will you be able to lean outside the door, or be locked in behind the
windows..? That'll make a big difference in what you can get.

You'll be hand-held, so stay wide and let the aircraft do the movement,
assuming the pilot is good.
