The law, what a company sees fit to pursue in court, and what a jury might
decide are three separate things.
Aside from that, can't you see the difference between making a copy of an
episode of Desperate Housewives for your daughter, and torrenting a DVD new
release for free download by anyone who happens to have the software? If it was
your hard work and royalties on the line, wouldn't you be pissed?
